Reunion with old companions - Fishlabs welcomes three new team members
The Hamburg-based Mobile Games studio Fishlabs Entertainment is happy to welcome three old companions among their rows, namely Hans Hamm, Nicolas Born and Tobias Weber. The founders of ANIMA Entertainment do not only have a lot of experience in 3D animation and mobile game development under their belts, but also have they already cooperated successfully with the renowned developer of smartphone and tablet games on previous project such as Volkswagen Golf GTI 35 or Earth Defender.
The graduated computer scientist Hans Hamm (36) has more than five years of experience in the field of mobile game developing. At ANIMA Entertainment he filled the position of Technical Director and was responsible, among others, for the arcade game Mont Blanc Horse Race. At Fishlabs, Hamm will join the team as Senior Engine & Tools Engineer.
After passing his Bachelor of Arts, Nicolas Born (28) took over the position of the Art and Creative Director at ANIMA Entertainment. In this capacity, he was not only responsible for the visual conception but also for the gameplay mechanisms of several mobile game projects. In addition, he also took care of the project management and the sound design of said titles. At Fishlabs he will take over the position of the Lead Game Designer.
Tobias Weber (29) will be joining the Fishlabs team as Senior Producer. Besides holding speeches at the iPhone Developer Conference, the graduated media IT specialist was also in charge of several games projects at ANIMA. Furthermore, he was also responsible for the company presentation.
