Games Germany – the association of German game funding and networking institutions – is organizing a Steam Sale in the summer of 2026. We are looking for developers, studios, and publishers headquartered in Germany.  

The sale showcases the wide range of German games and supports sales. Since 2022, up to 360 games have been featured in each of the previous Steam Sales. This year, a wide range of games developed in Germany is expected once again.  

In addition, a showcase in collaboration with national and international media partners on Steam, YouTube and Twitch will accompany the sale with exclusive premieres, updates, announcements, and gameplay trailers, offering additional visibility for the games. Companies and studios can also apply for the showcase until March 31. 

The application deadline is March 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm.

Games Germany – Regional Funds and Networks offers all players in the games industry information on funding and financing, as well as on development and production conditions and publishing in Germany. In addition, Games Germany – Regional Funds and Networks supports the German games industry in its presence at major national and international trade fairs. The model is based on Focus Germany, the umbrella organization of the eight state film funding agencies in Germany.
